Well, this week we had a little hiccup in the process with some misunderstanding about what areas of the yard would be dug up, etc. We expressed our frustration about the lack of communication, etc. and needless to say, they are back today cleaning up their mess. (Unfortunately, it was the subcontracting plumbers that made the mess, but the pool company workers have to clean it up.) Our backyard looks like human-sized gophers have been having a party back there. Although the kids think it's fun to climb around in the dirt and jump the ditches, mom does not think the dirt coming in the house is fun. It's just dirt right? Anyway, things are moving along. They are doing the gunite (the special pool cement) tomorrow, so that will be fun to watch! Stay tuned for those pictures...
Just have to add that this trampoline has been worth every penny we bought it for 5 years ago! The kids entertain themselves for hours. And adding those balls on it with the cage just makes it that more fun! It's been a lifesaver many evenings! And also during this construction-it's the one thing they can still play on.
